Energy research Superday

Hi fellow Monkeys,

First post ever on WSO but I have been looking at threads for a while. I do have an Assessment Center (or Superday for US people) lined up with an energy research firm in London. They do not invest, but provide insights to news, private equity funds, hedge funds, trading desks about energy, with a strong focus on O&G.

Just wanted to know if anyone ever applied to a similar role. What are the types of questions that might be asked. What are good ressources to increase my knowledge of the sector? Any reports/news article to read? Any big news/macro change lined up?

Cheers
