With Facebook being banned in China, Facebook has created a new app titled "Colorful Balloons". The app is similar to the Facebook Moments app. This app connects those using WeChat, China biggest social network. The app collects your photos and allows you to share them using a QR code, however Facebook doesn't allow the photos to be spread widely as they want the app to remain under the radar.
