How do MDs form market opinions?
On pitches my MD is usually giving the client general market updates. High level shit. Not really any more granular than that. One day I’d like to be an MD, and I assume I’d have to do the same. How do I go about forming my OWN opinion, and not just regurgitating what I saw on Bloomberg or read on the WSJ
