Investing money in the Nadex binaries

Hello everyone,

I am new to this fourm and I have been asking myself a lot of questions which I hope to get answers here.

I have been trading binaries through the nadex platform for quite some time now and I have been thinking about opening an investment firm. I have a very good track record on my success rate which stands at an average of 89%.

I spoke to a friend that does this also and has been in the investment line of work how hard it would be to set up a business that invests money for you.

Here is what he said:

"yeah regulations would require me to license and bond every trader and I have to prepare every trade with a special form"

Also, he said there is too much legal risk.

I could love to get a second opinion on this and decide whether this is something I should continue entertaining myself with.
