Investment Decision - Divest or Not
Evaluating divesting assets based on hurdle rate. By the book, how does one make the decision based on ROE. I know our company's cost of equity, I know FCFE, but for the denominator are we using gross book value of the asset, net book value, (est.) market value? Or something else?
