Lenovo - IBM Financials

Hey,

I've been following Lenovo's recent 2.3B acquisition of part of IBM's server unit.
I understand the driving forces from a business strategy perspective on both ends.
But while doing my own independent analysis what I can't pinpoint is the price.
Besides the 4.6-5B reports in revenue flying around as wells as the 2.3 I haven't been able to pinpoint any other financial metrics or multiples.
IBM's 10k doesn't has separate numbers for the division that was sold.

So my question are two-fold.
First off has anyone seen any other numbers flying around in terms financial metrics?
Second: How would you independently evaluate the purchase price of this transaction ?
