Stock Advice. Need feedback

What would you say is a good strategy to look into when investing into stocks/crypto/options while also owning an online consulting business? I work with clients on a 1:1 weekly basis so generally I don’t have time to day trade and am wondering what would be some good ways to invest while being smart about it. Thanks!

Day trading is for kids that don’t understand the stock market. Smart way to invest is to pick strong companies with growth potential and just hold on to them for a while

My job is to bark at people with low IQs but this comment is the opposite. Very good, this makes my job easier.
