I'm a noob, but something intuitively feels wrong about equities at all time highs with all this central bank tampering going on.

All zerohedge does is forecast the end of the dollar. Don't waste your time trying to time the market. Buy 50 cent dollars and if you cant find any, then there is you answer to the market being overpriced. Easier said than done, but much easier than being the next George Soros.
