Thoughts on CBK

What are people's thoughts on CBK?

Share Price: 1.47 P/E: 1.85 Book Value Per Share: 3.62 (none of which is goodwill)

I ran a DCF, and assuming, -9% growth rate for the next 5 years gives me a value of 2.18 per share.

The company also has no debt. Why is this stock priced so low?

This is an interesting name. CBK trades at cash and is compelling at these price levels.

I know for one that they shot themselves in the foot because of how they remodeled their platform/stores. Now they basically have two different stores in one. One for fat chicks, one for skinny chicks. Ever since they've done that the stock & company have been doing poorly.

If they report positive comps this will probably double.
