What does EBV +6 mean?

Hello,

I'm a student trying to learn more about investing. I was recently watching the news and came across a term that was constantly repeated: EBV +6 (or any other number). After many google searches I came up with nothing- the only thing I seemed to find was that EBV stands for Economic Book Value, but that didn't really seem to apply- for example, I couldn't see how the +6 works into that.

If someone could please explain what this term refers to it would be greatly appreciated!
