Where are you investing your bonus this year?

Looking to get some discussion going on where everyone is looking to invest bonuses. Are we all going to throw our bonuses into TQQQ and crypto? Personally I bought some AAPL, BTC, and ETH (majority of portfolio is VOO, QQQ, and some VTI) thinking of throwing the remaining in TQQQ but want to hear other thoughts.

Mortgage rates are at historic lows, so ideally I would never pay it down quickly as my rate is below 3%.

However, the moron that is Donald Trump changes the laws. The theory is that he wanted to take revenge on NY and Cali, but who knows why. He basically said that you can only deduct mortgage interest up to $750k and of course in NY most places require you take out a million plus mortgage.

So in trying to get mortgage down to that $750k level as fast as I can. I also just hate debt and like seeing my monthly payments drop. Because of you don’t have off a 30 year mortgage quickly on a million plus amount, you end up paying almost a million in interest. It’s crazy good deal for the banks.
