Where to hold cash for <6 months?

I've been holding $20-$30k of cash to finish paying off my student loans once the forbearance period is over for almost a year now, because I always think its 2-3 months away and then the duration gets extended. Might be a dumb question, but assuming I want to take little to no risk on this cash, where should I be putting this? Just some overall bond ETF like AGG?
