Who benefit from the stimilus package in the end

I am studying on fiscal policy part of macroeconomy and get confused on this point. The FED just released a huge stimulus package (Buy bonds/helicopter money), also they utilize swap lines to provide dollar liquidity to central banks worldwide. I understand this leads to government deficit/indebtness/inflation, but who would benefit from this package at the end?

Some article I read said the wealthy people, while I did not get it. And also some others said it led to higher interest rate/dollar devaluation. Any help? Thanks.
