So I was browsing the net on a slow deal day waiting for feedback and saw this article on bloomberg about wine as an asset class to invest in and the company that runs it, "Cult Wines" in the UK.
It got me thinking about it and the stupid returns they claim in their index and if any of you folks that much savvier investors than me have thought about wine as an investment before.

They did derivatives and special instruments on while pre-2008. Look into that, interest stuff that is now dead.

No its more that when the market is at the top we don't make serious investments. People were making derivatives based on artwork for fucks sake
