Get better at interviewing. It’s likely because u don’t sound very polished/mature in a pressurized setting. If they interviewed u they want u. Run more mocks with upper years
Maybe im just not asking good enough questions at the end or something stupid like that bc i feel like im pretty good at answering behavioral questions. Do u think there's a problem with my approach in general
Ur approach is the correct approach given u are landing interviews. Just gotta get better at interviewing. Also no offense but if ur behav's were as good as u think then it wouldve had an offer already. Do mocks with seniors that have landed offers and ask them what they think.
You aren’t what you think you are. Mock with upperclassmen and you’ll get humbled
