Yeah,  I would stay for at least one bonus cycle.  Also, maybe you can talk to other analyst and push for more hiring/some form of relief. 

Banking is not for everyone and I would think about what parts of banking you don't like. Is it just the hours then maybe go (Corp Dev, FP&A, etc. ), Is it numbers/modeling -  Maybe go consulting, law school.

Your career is 30+ years, would try to reconcile 1-2 shit years. Most of the working professional goes through this (but not at the same distribution of hours), in the early years.

Put in the time now to be rewarded. Long-term reward vs short-term pain.

If you truly don't like it start recruiting elsewhere. Recruitment market is hot A F.
