1 Year & Out??
First year analyst trying to get out when the 1 year mark hits for an industry that I am passionate about BUT the problem is it looks like in my contract I have to make it till the 2 yr. mark or I forfeit the signing bonus. If they do take the signing bonus back will it be the full % or what I actually received due to taxes. Also, any ramifications I am not aware of that I should be by leaving only one year in?
Any advice on how to proceed? Much appreciated.
