100k Bonus at Rothschild for First Year?!
Saw 100k bonus for first year analyst in NY at Rothschild posted recently for 205k all-in. Can anyone confirm and shed light on other bonus numbers??

Not that surprising. Some boutiques have been paying $200K+ all-in for first years for a while now. I'm expecting this year's comps will be even higher given our bases were also bumped up
Don't know how accurate the submitted salary you're talking about is but friend at Rothschild in one of the coverage groups said he got 180k all in. Not sure if he was top bucket or not though.
