There is a Starbucks on Broadway in the bottom on the building. You have to go outside to access it.

There is a gym, however hours are restricted depending on what level you are (don't remember what they were). It's really cheap though compared to NY Sports Club/Equinox and has pretty decent equipment. There is also a NY Sports club in the Crown Plaza across the street and an Equinox on 50th and Broadway (2 blocks up). MS gym is great because they will give you clean clothes to work out in so you don't have to pack your own.

There is health center (essentially nurse's office + place where you can get physical therapy).

There is a cafeteria in the basement which is pretty good and has a lot of options.

I know on the trading floors they have pantries where you can get coffee/muffins/bagels/soda/snacks (not sure about IB floors)

I don't know if this is what kac means by "basement cafeteria" but there's an entrance to the underground concourse which goes to 30 Rock and has a ton of restaurants and stores. Gym is open until midnight and analysts can get in after 6:00 (2:30 on weekends).
