I haven't really seen anyone talking about offers yet, so I have no idea. I know some banks have already started sending out offers.
I'll bite lol.
It really depends on the shop as they seem to have slightly different takes but for SA interviews generally you should review all of your accounting, valuation, etc basics as well as understand debt waterfalls, bond math, and the reasons and solutions for distress. You should also consider taking a deep dive into a deal.
