Do y'all think stub bonuses will be like during normal years? What's the typical stub bonus for an Assoc? ~40k?

I think it’s usually just half (if started in July) of normal mid bucket bonuses. I think more than $50k for associates
started first week august this year bc of COVID. Hoping its close to that number haha
Is stub bonus same for everyone? And not performance reliant?
I think 35-40k is the standard? Doubt they'd go above in a year like this. Would be shocked if it's lower than 30k.

Banks are having there best year, everyone is getting overworked (more than usual) doubt it would be less than last year
