My group gets our numbers Friday but heard the bonus pool was up ~15%.
We get our numbers next week. But still paid around Christmas.
What is comp for Corporate Banking at the Director level?
I’m about to find out, first year D at a new bank. 175 base + ? bonus. D range last year was approx 50-200% of base.

Big 5 - our base was raised from $85K to $95K in June or July. I received $96K so ~$195K all in (received a retention bonus at start of calendar year). I started FT about 16 months ago.
Thanks. Do you know your ranking? It seems like 90-100% of the new base was paid out as bonus this year. Btw which bank? I suppose you can share the bank name as an anonymous user.
I'm curious, at the junior levels is there much of a difference between Calgary, Toronto, and Montreal (Van too I guess) in terms of bonuses?

Which banks pay analysts on a December bonus cycle? Thought it was just CIBC and maybe Scotia but could be wrong.
Not on a December bonus pool but A2A (promoted over the summer) - got $130K bonus (excl. $10k promo bonus) as a 2nd year analyst. Coverage group at a top big 5.
Nice! so 130% of your base, assuming 95k? I know RBC pays in July. I think the other Cdn banks pay in Dec
Almost 100% BMO pays on a summer cycle too. To the poster below, RBC does not pay on a December bonus cycle for analysts.

Most international banks won't give out numbers until Feb/March (after their fiscal YEs).

Depends. Used to 60-80% of base for Analysts. Goes up depending on your role and sector
