It's pretty well known that PE on-cycle recruiting happens a few months after you start FT in IB.
People starting this summer in the 2019 analyst class will be interviewing with PE's in Fall/early Winter for the 2021 analyst/associate class
I’m shooting for LMM so I’ve been networking a bit since their processes aren’t as organized
Mind PMing me? Incoming 2019 analyst on the west coast -- not sure what PE recruiting looks like in terms of LMM timelines.
Also interested, do LMM firms recruit this soon in advance or do they follow a more off cycle recruitment process?
