2024 Canadian S&T Comp Progression

Hey guys,

Curious to know how base and bonus, generally speaking, progresses from Analyst to Director within S&T in Toronto. Data in other threads seems to be outdated and a bit unclear - is it common for VPs and Directors at the Big 5 to bring in upwards of $600K? How is pay relative to IB, PE, CB etc? Understand in the US comp trajectory is quite higher but how about in Toronto? Potentially thinking of moving in the future so hope anyone else can provide some insight. Thanks!
