Is it just me or is this job market super tough? Not getting traction at any firms even with a fairly strong resume. Curious to see if others have been feeling the same

Recruited for IBD FT for 2025 after sa in CB. Was a long process and had interviews throughout the year and ultimately landed a role in June right after graduation. Keep your head up.
