Anybody heard back for MS EID 2026? I had some friends who were accepted and asked to get an interview for it.
Waiting on mine too, but how would someone hypothetically prepare for the interview? Will it be more technical as an SnT role or behaviorals? Would love feedback from anyone who’s done it before

nah nothing yet the general consensus is they take like 2-3 weeks for non-ib roles so hopefully this week or the next I will hear back
I had r1 for IED today, 75% behavioral with some basic market questions (i.e pitch me a stock tell me about the news etc...)

No math heavy questions, however I did have an ER interview today also that got more into the weeds about how I would go about evaluating a company and I just went over basic financial metrics and talking about how I would read a 10-k or listen to an earnings call
I would expect fixed income to be much more math focused than IED, just make sure you are really up to date on markets and have a stock ready to pitch (both short and long pitch helps)
