2nd/3rd Year Analyst Temperature Check

To all my fellow analysts who will be leaving banking in the next month or so, how is everyone holding up?  Are you able to slack off a bit more?  Are your teams wringing you dry until the very last moment?  How excited are you about your next role, after a uniquely draining year?  I'm in TMT and my workload has not gone down at all.  Curious how others are doing!

Similar boat, leaving in a month and still getting worked pretty hard. Haven't been getting staffed on any new projects so have definitely seen people in similar positions start to coast, but you won't be taken off anything you're currently on. Definitely excited for a break in between jobs and have started caring less and less everyday about my current work. Hoping that it has more to do with mentally quitting already and less to do with a broader burnout.

Curious to hear any A2A perspectives and how you’re viewing a potential return to office or hybrid model
