3 Juniors and 10 seniors in my group - is this normal?
In my group, there are three juniors (analysts and associates) and 10 VPs+. Is this normal? Finding it very hard to keep up with everything. Before I got into IB I thought it would be the other way around, a lot of juniors supporting fewer seniors, but I guess I was wrong.
