Hey guys, just got an offer for a 3rd year analyst in the M&A group based in NYC . Base salary is 95k and no signing bonus. Is it high, low, or average salary? Thanks!

will caveat that bonuses aren't typically the 75/100% that others may see at other banks despite the higher base. Don't want to paint too rosy of a picture
No signing bonus? That's pretty cheap of them especially if they are not going to make whole for the bonuses you are missing out on from your current firm?
EVR was $105k base, 20k signing and up to 120% bonus.
EVR starts at 95k while most BB/EBs start at 85k. The usual pay bump is 5k per year.
Does anyone know what the third year offer package looks like at blair and harris williams?
In Chicago it was $100k base + $50k bonus for 3Y analyst when I worked at Blair. $20k signing bonus for new hires
