6 Month Internship Programs?
Hey All,
Do you guys know of any 6 month internship programs or junior analyst programs ( I know jP has one and I applied to it today) available for those graduating this spring? Preferably at a big bank, but even boutique firms. Appreciate the help

Does anyone know any banks that have 6 month undergraduate analyst programs for IB?
I believe European investment banks (for their NYC offices) have 6-month, long-term, or year-long internship positions. Check out BNP Paribas (http://cib.bnpparibas.com) and Societe Generale (http://www.sgcib.com). Best of luck!

Are the European banks the only ones that do this?
I can't say for sure. For example, I remember Merrill Lynch used to hire night analyst interns for their Investment Banking Division (recruited NYU-Stern and Columbia kids) and other academic-year internship positions in Equity Research and etc.
From what I have seen, most year-round, 6-month, school-year internship positions tend to be out of European investment banks.
