I know this is a dumb question on LevFin, but I just wanna make sure that I'm on the right track. Can you say that LevFin is under the Capital Market umbrella since it's just basically debt?
Also, when a bank has LevFin and DCM dept separated, how different of the work in one department compared to the other?

depends on the bank bro. some levfin groups are more acquisition focused, some are more dcm. my internship there consisted of purely sponsor-backed acquisitions, LBOs.
