Started FT a few months ago and have been worried I am not progressing fast enough. What are the expectations of a first-year? Feel like my slide design takes longer than needed, not as good as modeling as some of peers, make silly error details (cal invites for wrong dates) Work in a coverage group so not that much technical exposure - would love to just hear what the standard is that I should be aiming for or if I’m being very hard on myself.
