A2A possibility at top rx groups pjt/evr/laz/hl and others moe/cvp/pwp
Incoming soph set on recruiting rx. Want to potentially stay working rx. Is it possible to go a2a at any of these firms. I’ve heard rssg doesn’t keep anyone after 2 years. Is this the same for other top groups? Is it any different for the groups at other firms?
Bump
Better idea is to get an offer from any of the RX firms including Ducera or Miller Buckfire let alone the firms you mentioned. To answer your question, PJT is the only bank that kicks you out after 2 years.
What about lateraling to PJT after becoming an associate somewhere else? Or do they only take MBA associates
Would say HL probably has the most but that's a function of culture as opposed to a formal policy amongst other firms broadly (although HL recently implemented a retention policy to close the comp gap between An3 and buyside ASO1)
PJT or maybe GHL are the only ones kicking you out
