Adding Currently active, but public deals on your resume

I’m working on the largest deal I’ll probably ever have in banking (10-20b) and I want to add it to my resume as I’m having talks with this one fund that’s out of my normal range.

Want to put it on to show the things I’ve done, but I want to know if that will be a compliance issue.

Thoughts?

Assuming you’re talking a deal that has. Ot yet been announced?
As a recruiter that gives me sense that you lack common sense.
I’ve had that recently - candidate had something on his resume that allowed me to identify buyer and target, both public companies. Big no no for me.

If you want to put something, put it in a very anonymised way, and be very careful at how you use it in interviews to not give enough information to identify the companies.

If the deal is announced, put it on your resume, and just be sensible on what you actually discuss in interviews

Of course I would sensitize it to oblivion and yes it has been announced that we were retained earlier in the process
