Advice on CV - Great Final Review yet no Top Bucket
Hi everyone,
I’ve just wrapped up my first year in IB (London). My year-end review was great — I was told my work was excellent, with minimal areas for improvement. I received perfect scores across all categories except one.
While my bonus bucket wasn’t explicitly mentioned during the review call, I later found out that a friend received a slightly higher bonus. The difference was small.
I was wondering about how best to reflect this performance on my CV. Would something like “Ranked among top-tier performers” be appropriate? Should I include the quantitative score or keep it more general?
I’d really appreciate any advice on how to position this—both on the CV and when speaking with recruiters.
Maybe try ranking as a percentage instead.
