Be very careful doing this. If I was you, I would only reach out to firms you have already spoken to or interviewed with and let them know you have an offer on the table. If they are genuinely interested in you, they will make their best effort to accelerate the process. If you have been interested in tech banking the whole time then you must have spoken to at least some people working in the area.

I wouldn’t bring it up out of the blue to firms you haven’t spoken to before yet. It makes it sound like you are “entitled” to an interview because you already have an offer. You’re already in an incredible place with a great offer in hand, it would be a shame to pass that up because you shopped an offer. If you desperately want to get into tech banking after your summer, you can always aim to lateral or transfer offices.
