Advice to a senior from Non Target

I'm currently a rising senior at a non target, with only a years worth of accounting experience under my belt. I would like to break into banking, but know it will be quite difficult. I'm looking for advice on what steps I should begin to take right now to secure an IB analyst position sometime down the road. Any tips/advice would be greatly appreciated.
