Advice to land a good IB intern position from non-target?

I am currently a finance junior at SDSU 3.5 GPA and recently landed a Corp Risk Summer Analyst position at Wells Fargo. My main goal is to land an IB position at a top bank, but since SDSU is not really recognized around IB, I am not sure what to focus on. Have taken Training The Street courses, worked at a student lead consulting firm, and have worked in sales. Not sure if these experiences are great to attract top tier banks. I am looking for a spring internship, but most of them are within VC and PE.

I am also thinking about maybe transferring to another school and/or networking at Wells Fargo with any IB teams.

Any advice on what to focus on?
