Based on what I have read on the forums Aeris seems like a good place to be. I guess I was just wondering how it would compare against larger MMs with tech groups in terms of analyst learning experience and exit ops

Not sure, know a few who had superdays already
They're doing rolling apps this year so yes some first rounds have happened but it's not like you're out of luck
