i just finished a superday with a BB. I think my interviews went well. It was almost all fit. If I do have an offer, when should I expect to hear back?
It really ranged for me. For one of the BBs, I heard within 45 minutes- I was on the Acela train back to my school. For another BB I waited almost 2 weeks, but they told us this would be the case because they were having another super day the next weekend and weren't making decisions until both were completed. For one of my MMs, it was a regional one near my office and a few of the analysts called me that night and invited me out for drinks. It really depends, but if you go more than 10 business days with no word, I would not feel too optimistic. For phone interviews and first rounds, they usually get back within a day, 3 days at worst.
gomes3pc - I assume the news from the BB which called you within 45 minutes was good news. Right? Or did they call immediately to tell you the bad news?
I have to disagree about hearing back after first round interviews. I got a call a week later after my initial phone interview inviting me to the superday.

Start worrying after a couple weeks, but don't fret it if you don't hear back from HR before then.
