After your CS bonus…what’s next?

Just wrapped up my second year here at CS and after getting a bonus that’s less than half of last year’s and also less than first year ANL’s, I do not want to work at all. How’s people at EMA feeling?

I can’t believe what David Miller is saying in the town hall yesterday. If what he said about the ranking is true, then the comp should not be less than 50% of what our peers are paying their juniors. What Michael Klein said is encouraging but who knows if this is another year of bullshitting to wave us away. To break even on this year’s loss in pay, they need to pay ASO more than 100% of base, which is very hard considering the quality of MD remaining. Even the audience is now asking the harder question about the low pay. This freaking Swiss bank will sink, 100%.
