AI / LLMs on the day to day…

I believe there are a few disparate threads across sub forums but curious to hear how folks are using LLMs and other AI based tools from day to day?

For GS / JPM folks, interested in how good the in house tools are. Outside of that, are folks mostly using Copilot or ChatGPT / Claude etc if allowed? Where have you found it to be most useful (summarizing content for slides vs refining models vs actually making decks?)
