Allen & Co vs. Raine
What do you guys think between Allen & Co and Raine? I understand that Raine is a merchant bank so they do investing too, but curious to hear your takes on the 2 firms in terms of hour / culture / deal flow / pay.

Don’t know much about Allen but can provide insight on Raine.
Hours- terrible, consistent 2-3AM nights before COVID.
Pay- 200k+ for An1
Culture- pretty solid and generally smart people
