Lotin:
What was so ridiculous about the offer?

The MD basically asked me if our client approached me. I told him that they offered me a position in at twice the pay. He said that he can match that + hook me up with a hefty signing bonus (That's 3 times the average pay of an analyst)

Twice the pay of a FT analyst or twice the pay of your current internship?

You could be the pawn in an elaborate game between your firm/MD and this Russian client. Either way, play along- it may turn out that you've been putting in really good work.

so...you're a SA getting paid twice as much as a full-timer? or when you get hired FT you get twice an average analyst's pay? either way this is epic.

I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
