I have an interview with an Asset-management specialised M&A team and am in desperate need of material. Up until now I have largely worked on DDMs for Banks and need to do a deep-dive on AM specific valuation. Can anybody please share AM valuation templates (DDMs, DCFs, Multiples) with me?
