Go visit both and see which one fits your vibe. Doesn't matter, I landed from a lower-tier NESCAC and don't think my outcomes would differ if I went to A/W.. Williamstown is just a small road, though, compared to Amherst and all the other schools there.
Williams will always be seen as a tad better. No one really debates it.
