Hi guys,
I've applied to SA positions a couple of weeks ago and one thing is really bugging me: I have bad blood with one of the analysts at one the banks I applied too (uni alumni), and it's the firm I would like to work for the most.
How much of an impact do you think would such a situation would have on the overall recruiting process?

To put it candidly, if you're at a target school and the bank runs an internal recruiting process for just your school, you're likely fucked unless a senior banker really likes you and vouches. If the analyst sees your resume I would assume they'll leave a bad note.
