Analyst Salary Appreciation
Simple question. With all of the talk of bonuses, I am merely curious if an IBD analyst's salary will ever increase over their 2-3 years with a bank? Obviously it's trivial compared to the bonus, but I've never heard anything mentioned about it. Thanks.
Yes, every year of your analyst program your salary goes up. Street is $60/70/80k for 1/2/3 year analysts.
I think he means same seniority analysts' salaries increasing. 1st years in 2008 and 1st years in 2009, etc.
