Most start in mid June and last three to six weeks. GS has a habit of starting later (roughly half way through everyone else's programs) and finishing up sometime in August. Banks that use TTS can vary in length. For instance, Citi has a more abridged TTS program that lasts less than three weeks. Meanwhile, some other BBs and a few EBs I know of have a program that lasts six weeks (five with TTS and one for general firm training) because they pay TTS to cover some more "advanced" supplemental curricula. Cross your fingers you end up with this kind of program -- TTS training is a lot less crammed (basically you spend an extra two weeks covering what should be one week of material) and training feels even more like a joke.

On a side-note, treasure every minute of FT training. You truly have freedom to go out and do whatever you want for approximately a month (or more). As long as you have some previous banking experience and have a decent grasp of accounting and valuation, the entire summer will be a breeze. Even if you are staying in NY for FT, it's never going to feel like that first summer there with your analyst class. If you are heading to a regional office after, you have all the more reasons to make the most of your time in NY by going out after training and exploring and experiencing as much of the city as possible.
