My question is how did you know this? I would be interested in such opportunities but don't know how to approach this appropriately.
There might be a position that pops up every so often, but look into smaller boutiques and try to lateral.
most BBs usually bring on at least a few more people in the spring as a few people decide to renege. the problem is a firm is more likely to hire a lateral rather than a new campus hire. regardless of lateral vs campus, it's not really a 'process' per se and likely will not be openly publicized - firms will look at employee referrals and previous priority candidates.
there are always spots free, especially at regional offices... email each one of them and you should get some calls if you are good
